Lumia 520 reboot loop

hi sifus, im having prob with my lumia 520...

after i turn on my phone,can go into startscreen but after few sec it will reboot suddenly. and i mean everytime!

i managed to reach into settings>about>reset my phone but after it says "goodbye", it will reboot without resetting my phone,where the reboot problem still there.

i also tried using Windows Phone Recovery software but after i press recover,on the "Checking for Anti-theft Protection" page, my phone reboots again. causing the software will say "operation failed".

hard reset buttons i also tried (vol down + power). the "!" symbol is on the screen, but after i press vol up>vol down>power>vol down, my phone restarts but still doesnt factory reset!!

can anyone help me with this problem, i really need this phone ASAP!!

Wall power outlet causes static on pc case

hi i have problem with my wall socket..
i found out this problem when i got static when touching the screw on my pc case..
so first think i thought is my psu gone bad.so i bought a new psu but the static is still there...
googled this problem and found out that my grounding may be the problem..
so i tried plug in my rig directly to wall socket(without extension),..still got static.
got two sockets in the same room,both got static..
but!,when i tried using socket in the other room..static gone!

TLDR; so i "assume" the internal ground wiring is the problem.
just wondering how can i solve this..
can i do it myself?
if i call a electrician,what should he repair and whats the cost?
hopefullly anyone who have this experience can help me..

ive found CIMB itrade game but i cant get it running, says java blocked the app.

i need help in connecting my TP-Link to my Maxis Router. I still need the maxis router for my VoIP so my plan is to connect like this:

BTU > Maxis Router (Wifi Disabled) > TD-W8961ND (Will become my main WiFi)

but i cannot find how to configure this
or isit not compatible for this kind of connection?

laptop turned on but wont boot

Hi, i got a problem with my asus a53 laptop..when i turn on the power button the lights would light up as in the attachment picture,but the screen stays off(pure black,no backlit at all)..i cannot turn the laptop off by holding the power button,or eject the disk tray..seems like nothing is functioning except the indicator light..tried attaching to external monitor also no display..what seems to be the problem??help me thx lowyat.net!

hi,i need help with my Lenovo A850. the caller id wont recognize the caller if i save their number with area code. (eg. +60123456789). it works if i save the number without the area code (eg. 0123456789). this is so disturbing as i save most of my contacts with area code. my phone is AP set from DirectD. please can anyone help me? tqvm!
