How to manage hard disk that connect to smart TV

Currently i download movie (torrent) using my notebook. Then i connect hdd into my notebook. Then unplug and connect to smart tv.

Is there a better way?
Is there a way to do it without plug and unplug the hdd from notebook / smart tv everytime? Is there any way i connect it via wireless?

Online Sales - How to collect deposit 1st and...

Hi all, my company planning to sell daily fresh fish online which includes delivery services. However the weight varies for every product. Hopefully can collect deposit first and then once we deliver, we collect the balance.

We don't want lorry driver to go around collect cash and customer also don't want to prepare cash since the maid may be receiving the fish at home.

Can i get customer credit number first, then charge a deposit and then balance after delivery? Like some insurance company that only need signature or something?

Headache in water leakage from extension

I am having a major headache now. My corner house have an extended kitchen.
On top of the extended structure is a uncovered balcony which have been covered by tiles. Now during heavy rains, water leak to the ground floor at between the extended & original wall.

We suspect there is crack between the original wall and extended structures..which is hidden by the tiles. Still unsure.

The solution we have in mind is :-
a) Remove all tiles (the balcony is almost 1,500sf), check the gap and retiles. It gonna cost a lot.

b) Install a roof for the balcony. Should solve permanently.

As both the idea cost quite hefty budget, we hope all sifu here can share more solutions.

What would you suggest? The following are the factor i am looking at. What is your opinion?

a) Safety level - RX (big and tall car have advantage IF accident)
b) Driving - 320D
c) Passenger comfort - RX
d) 2nd hand price - RX
e) Reliability (no of times going to workshop) - RX
f) Fuel consumption - 320D (RM120 diesel can go for 800km easily)
g) Spare part cost - ??
h) Lasting - RX
i) Outlook - Both also nice
j) Speed - Both can reach 100km/h within 8 second

RX350 is recon 2010 car but 320D is new car.

Security Film - 4mil (to prevent smash & grab)

My objective of having security film is to protect myself against "smash & grab". I saw right in front of me where the biker came & smash the window..within second the whole window fall down. They grab the handbag and go. The victim say it already install a security film but still useless. Why is it so? Who got cheated?

My understanding is that security film must withstand a few blows (maybe 10 strike) using hammer or sharp object. AND it must still STICK the whole window to prevent hand or weapon to come through. Otherwise no point right?

Any recommendation?
