I heard some parent refuse to pay.<br /><br />I`m not sure is it legal for TABIKA KEMAS do like that.<br /><br />This is related to safety issue and very inappropriate practices by TABIKA KEMAS.<br /><br />I thought TABIKA KEMAS have some sort high standards.
