its weird to see the people sell dsln12 and other, just not 16u,
the reason i wanted this model is that it supports adsl from my kampung(streamyx) and can act as a backup for my kl fibre internet router backup. cool bonus is that i also subscribed yes 4g for my family, so this one model can hit 3 birds in one stone. im gonna buy it for to replace my tp-link8961nd (it is very yellow on the hottest spot, leads me to think that it will go anytime) so im getting the dsl-n16u.

This is my preloved ASUS RT-N14UHP, it has helped me in my fps game reducing ping from 300++ to 15-25 pings, because of it's good range. my lap top is quite far from the router. This router is also good if your house has alot of devices connecting it the same time.

This antenna is 12 dbi instead of 9dbi, it works better than the stock. so the current setup is 2x 12dbi and 1x 9dbi antenna.

hey guys and girls and eveyone,

i'm sorry if it's a repost- if it is, please post the link to me, appreciate it.

What brand is recommended? what criteria to search for? i just got maxis fibre and got no dect phone included, need help.

Personal preferences:
1. Can store history-need to check who called. (is there any contact available?)
2. I prefer the phone that will not stick oil when used. (like the motorola will turn oily when use just once,i have an oily face,lol)

p.s: heard a lot of horror story about maxis fibre before singing up one, but no problem using it, sweet 10mbps, 20ms ping, internet is up all the time.

Have you called your ISP's helpline?: they came to reset the router(c'mon lar,reser i also know lar),it worked,but still disconnect whenever the fibre modem feel like.

Personal equipment
Modem: stock part

Problem details
First occurence of problem: not sure when.recently.
Problem frequency: once a day, not the same time.
Problem description: Unifi have two things they provide, wifi router, and a optic fibre modem. the optic fibre modem when working and internet connection is up, have 4 yellow lights. but quite frequently, the "optical" light goes blinking red and internet is down. some times down for hours, frustrating. what happened? what can i do?

i'm currently using Unifi, quite unhappy with it. And I'm moving out soon to my brother's house which will be fited with maxis fibre internet. I heard some horror story about the maxis fibre,in fact many. But still i registered it,hahaha.

The question is, which wifi router is recommended to replace the router provided by maxis(Thompson if not mistaken)? preferably simultaneous dual band and reputable to last.

second question is, the optical modem, is it any good? (should i replace it? because my current unifi optical modem always disconnect from the internet-red light "optical" flashing).

if it's a repost, please comment the link to me, so that i can refer. thanks is advance.

Mac and iphone, facebook problem

i'm using the MBA 2012 and iphone 4s, together,they connect to the same wifi (my house).... *nothing wrong with it*

Before i open my mac,my phone is using ios 6 (so it's sign in to fb all the time). when i open my mac>safari, facebook wont load,cannot log in (even if can log in,fb chat is problematic,cannot send message...

IS IT IP ADDRESS PROBLEM?? need help>< please..

Hey guyz,I got a lot of difficulties in choosing a broadband connection.

Can you guyz help me out,plz?

1st question:Can I connect my computer or maybe laptop to the internet using my BB(if I have one)? (the BB refers to BB storm2)

Additional question:Is this kinda connection called tethering?

2nd question:And,which service provider is the best(Maxis and Celcom) if my PC can connect to the internet through BB tethering?

Additional question:And,which service provider is the best(Maxis,Celcom,DG,U-Mobile) if my PC cannot bla bla bla?

Btw,I need a coverage area around MMU in Cyberjaya.

3rd question:Which package is the best??(5GB and above of data usage)
