A-levels age requirement?

Hi guys, my sister is currently <16 years old (nov 1994), will she be too young for A-levels? We are now studying in an international school and if she continues her study here, she will be doing IB Diploma instead, which is considered equivalent to A-levels. However since our family will be moving back to Malaysia, we are now looking for schools but she certainly can't go to local school because she has no competency in Bahasa Malaysia. Any idea if she is too young for that. She will be less than 17 years old if the school starts next year. She has got the approval from the teachers to take a full Diploma next year. If she's too young, do you think a recommendation letter from the teacher which states that she has the competency to complete IB Diploma would be better?

Any advise regards her situation is welcome. Thanks for help.

Monash or Taylor's ADP? Please help...

Hi guys,

I'm a Malaysian student who will be graduating in intl schools overseas. Although I really want to study in western countries (Aus, US or UK), I'm planning to return to Malaysia after graduation on a twinning program as it is a more cost-effective way to fullfil my dream. Now here's the thing, I see Monash as my ideal destination as Australia is on the top of my list. If I can earn my IB Diploma then I will most probably end up studying there on a twinning program. However, even though it is one of the top 50 schools in the WORLD, I seriously have no idea regards the standard and quality of the Malaysian campus. In additon I have recently heard about American Degree Transfer Program in Malaysia from my friends who have just started their college life in Taylor's and in fact I'm very much tempted by an opportunity to USA as well.

Can anyone tell me anything about either or both of those schools, such as the quality, environment, people, course load and etc?
Is it easy to get accepted by Taylor's?
any suggestions which school is the better option as well? Suggestions for OTHER schools are welcomed as well.

Courses interested in: 1. Communication studies, 2. Accountancy, 3. Business (Int'l business, sports management are what I'm really interested in)

P/S: One reason I wanna make a decision soon is because if I'm going to Taylor's instead, I will be applying for the August intakes. Another thing is that I don't really wanna live in Malaysia after I graduate, partially due to personal reasons such as my Malay skills

Thanks for help!
