[WTA] Grundfos Water Pump

Would like to ask LYN forummers' opinion on which Grundfos pump to use for my house..
My house is a 3-storey terrace with 4 bathroom, 4 water outlet each.
All bathrooms and dry kitchen's water is supplied from the water tank on top of the roof.
My problem is that the water pressure is pretty low on the 3rd floor.
I would like to install water heater in all my bathrooms.
I haven't decided whether I should install 3 water heaters with DC pump or Grundfos water pump & water heaters without DC pump.
Local kitchen accessories supplier recommended me CH2-50PT for RM16XX.
Therefore, I would like to ask your opinion whether CH-PT or CH-PC or any other Grundfos model which able to solve my water pressure problem. Or just water heaters with DC pump?
