3G BIS connection issue when tethering

Does anyone experience the problem when you tether your BB, the BIS disconnects, and you can't connect to internet?

2G connection no prob, but 3G got problem. Happens to both my Maxis and Digi lines

Torch launch in Malaysia tonight?

Got a Tweet from Maxis that the Torch launch event is tonight, but I don't see any information on their website or FB page. Anyone know the details? Any pricing/plans info?

Are you having trouble accessing BB App World?

I'm a Digi unlimited BIS user and note that I cannot access BB App World from time to time. I always get the error "unable to connect to App World server, please check your connections." I've also noted a lot of people around the world are having this problem.

After some trial and error, I've noticed that I only have this problem when I am on 3G connection. If I change my BB connections to "2G only" I don't have this connection problem. If you are facing this annoying issue, give the connection tweak a try and see if it helps.

Anyone else having this problem and got other solution? Kinda annoying when updating apps.

Any former Digi BIS users changed to Maxis BIS? Do you notice any improvement in browsing speed when surfing the internet?

BB App World and Youtube problems

Is anyone else having problem connecting to BB App World and Youtube lately?

I'm on Digi unlimited plan and have been able to use both the above functions on my Bold 9700 up till today. Suddenly cannot connect and keep asking me to check my network connection.
