Resolution made at the 21st of April, 2012 EGM.... on 16th June 2012 decision has been made not to rent any property unit in Palm Spring to foreigners with immediate effect.

What are the typical pricing & can anyone recommend either a car rental service or are there private individuals who would "lease" their car?

Rental Yield - Method of Calculations

Dear all,

Our current approach for property investment is on a "slow but steady" way, i.e. rental yield takes priority.
What is the most proper & conservative way of calculating rental yield?
So far, our method has been:

((Monthly rental - maintenance fee) x 11 - ONE month's maintenance fee - quit rent - fire insurance) / (Purchase price + Stamp Duty + Legal Fees + Misc Fees)

Is there a better method?

Capital appreciation is quite speculative (IMHO), but rental income is much more tangible!

The Heritage, Mines, Seri Kembangan

Hi,

Newbie here!
In the recent month, I've been drawn into a discussion with my family to invest in properties. One of the "proposals" was to invest within the Seri Kembangan, Mines or specifically The Heritage. Other "hotspot" areas in KL are just WAYyyyyy to expensive.
I would like to receive some comments AND advice on The Heritage.
