Can't login to most forums/websites

Hi folks,

Need a little bit help here. I've just experienced this difficulty recently. Basically, i cant login to any websites/forums(eg:- gamefaqs,gamespots and etc). Other than i need to always key in my login and password when accessing lowyat page eventhough i've selected "remember me". Don't really mind that , it's just that i can't login to other forums and other websites.

After keying in the login and password, it will straight bring me back to the login page whereby i'm still not logged in. I've even formatted my PC just now; and i've still experiencing the same thing.

I've never installed any 3rd party firewall and just using plain old windows firewall. My internet connection is streamyx and is just a single line directly to my own pc with the router modem. Strange thing is i've never experienced this problem before.

Need some advice here..I've even lower the IE security to the lowest and disable my windows firewall.I've even stop my norton antivirus from working and i still can't login at all.Kindly advised
