Water leaking from electrical socket

Hi all,

Would like to know if anyone encounter water leaking from electrical socket in an apartment?
The wiring has plastic/pvc casing but it has been dripping water from it (the wall area above is dry though).
I am wondering where does the water comes from.

The electrical socket is for the toilet switches , so the unit above is also toilet.
