Itunes Problem for Ipad 2

Hi, i just bought an ipad 2 32g 3g wifi just now, and im having problem signing up for itunes.

Here's the problem. I already have an apple ID. so i was trying to buy an app, when it prompt for me to review my account information
So on the page where i had to key in credit card account, it says "Your request is temporarily unable to be process. Try again later"

I tried to register on my ipad, and on my pc. Also tried restarting my Ipad. Nothing still.

Anyone else faced this problem?

Do you recommend travelling alone nowadays?

Its been in my head for months now. Ive been abroad a lot of times, often with family, and have been on holidays with friends inside malaysia itself.
But im trying to experience travelling alone by myself. do you think its possible?
Im gonna be 19 soon. Am i too young?
