Got summon by PDRM, ask to apear in court

Hey guys,

Would like to seek some legal advice here.

I was driving this afternoon, and a police car was beside me.

All of a sudden, the police car asked me to pullover, i did and the officer said I was using my phone while driving.
FFS I wasn't using my phone at all, it was on Waze GPS and i put it on those car dock.

I told him I wasn't using my phone, but he said he and the other police officer actually "saw" me using the phone. (what kind of stupid reason is that?)
He then proceeded to give me a summon.

The summon didnt write down any summon amount, only to ask me to appear in court.

I honestly wouldn't mind appearing in court, but I am just curious how can I prove that I wasn't using my phone at all?

Can anyone please advise?

Deutsche Bank risk hedging strategies

Not sure whether that I am posting in the right section.

As the title said,

I am currently looking for hedging strategies/policies used by Deutsche Bank to hedge their company risk exposures.

I am able to find what kind of risk exposures that they are facing through their annual report however I couldn't find any single piece of information about their hedging strategies.

The hedging strategies that I am looking is more toward the usage of futures and options.

They did say something about economic capital policy in the risk management section in their annual report however I got no idea how it works and I don't think that is the thing that I am looking for.

My friend suggested me to look in those academic journal/ articles etc. But I think those are more toward general market situations and it is rarely refer to a specific company. Nevertheless, I will look into it some other time.

Just wondering, did anyone happened to come across their hedging policies/ strategies etc?

Please try to provide as much information as you can.

About the SAT, I've registered an account on collegeboard and I plan to take the SAT exams as soon as possible.

On the website it stated that the next SAT test date for US is on march 16 while for international is on May.

So, can I register for the march 16 test? My friend told me to take that one cause he is taking on that day too.
I know it's weird to choose the march 16 ones since it already stated there for US. But his friend told him to take the march 16 test too.

I'm not very sure. Anyone can provide me some guidance?

Btw, is it better for me to register through MACEE?
