Hatyai - KL every month

Hi,

I'm going back and forth between KL and Hatyai every 4-6 week for family reason.
I'm driving sedan, also got 4x4 if needed.

Currently I'm helping friends to buy Thai rice/snack/ointment, and sometime motorcycle part. This pay for my fuel and toll.
I'm thinking if there's a way to do small business out of this. Something like getting order from Tomyam shop to get some Thai stuff?

Preferably, I'd like to have load both ways, but I can't think of anything in KL that Hatyaian would like.

Any input is highly appreciated.

Note
I don't speak Thai. But many in Hatyai can speak Malay
I go through Bukit Kayu Hitam-Dannok border

Offered to become manager

Current Position: Senior(Team Lead)
Year in company: 1year+
Experience before joining: 3years+
Specialization: IT System/Network
Company: SME, in-progress to be public listed

My department never had manager since the inception at least 6years ago. Back then there is this CTO which cover both IT System & IT Software team. Our CTO 'poached' by other company and currently both team leader report directly to CEO. IT team size is slightly less than 20 people. Pretty big considering the fact that we're not tech company.

Recently, my CEO offer me managerial position for IT System team. Frankly speaking I'm not interested but I asked for 2 days, to make decision. I always prefer to go deeper technically and the opportunity is not available in the company. I think he can sense that I'm intended to leave in the next few month because I did told my colleague that I'm taking professional certs unrelated to company technology. That's why he offered me the managerial post. But I didn't actually plan to leave anytime soon.

Personally, I'd prefer not to go to management level at this point of my career(I'll be the youngest manager in the company). Not because I'm unambitious, but because I think that I'm competent technical-wise, good at leading a group of people technically, but not so much at managing budget/purchase or planning general trajectory of my team.

My question here is, what would you do if you were in my position right now? I'd love to hear from all angle.
