The global financial crisis in year 2008 was a global disaster mainly due to the securitization and mortgage-backed securities. They were widely debated by a lot of journalist and investors. And recently the debt crisis seems to be getting worse in euro (GREECE ELECTION IS AROUND THE CORNER!!!!) The market seems to be quite volatile, it maybe getting worse or better. MALAYSIA ELECTION IS NEAR AS WELL

yet, what to you people think securitization in malaysia?will in be an important part of the future financial landscape in malaysia?

Dividing Internet Connection

I m using the UNIFI 5mbps package and sharing with my frens
is there anyway to configure the setting on the router to divide the internet connection fairly
eg:5 mbps becomes 1.25mbps for each of us
4mbps becomes 1mbps for each of us

My dell studio 1557 is having a GOD DAMN PROBLEM!!!!when i was playing games such as DOTA, need for speed or devil may cry(with the lowest graphic setting) , my laptop will automatically turn off after i played for a certain period(less than 1 hour). I was told to update the drivers BUT IT DOESN'T WORK FOR ME
Is there any solutions?!?!? Seriously, I need help!!!ASAP!!Please!!

Need for speed most wanted

Recently i m playing the Need for speed: Most wanted. Everything is fine until i reached the blacklist #6. When i select one of the race event at the blacklist, the whole program straight away not responding but it's fine when i was playing other race events. Just the blacklist no.6!!!Any solution???NEED HELP ASAP!!!

Window 7 problem

My laptop is installed with window 7 and eventually it wouldnt have any sound when i log on. When that happen, everything that relate with sound wounldnt be responding until i restart...(for few times)

I have installed my modem and sharing it with my housemate but i doesn't really know who are sharing it except for me and my roommate. It suppose to be 4 person sharing it but I suspect those who are not my roommate gave the password to their relatives who staying under the same roof without my acknowledge and it means 4 of them are paying the 2 person money and 2 of us are paying the exact amount. So, is there any program that can check how many users are using the same connection and can disconnects the extra users(with some guideline)??
