Nokia Factory Setting Code

I tried to do factory setting to my nokia 6120c by using default code 12345. Phone said code is error. I called my fren who I bought the phone from, he said he didn't change the code. According to fren, the code must be changed already. I want to reset my phone. Anyone know how to break the code? Thank you!

URGENT! My phone's keypad die at a sudden

HELP! I am using nokia 6120 classic. I don't know why? All the keypad suddenly out of function. Currently the phone is under keypad lock. Since the keypad is out of function, thats means i can't use the phone. Could it be affected by virus? Just before this problem exists, I downloaded and install one program, anfy call filter. I believe lowyat forum have experts can help. Please help me. Many thanks!
