Facebook Online Shopping Scam

Recently, a friend of mine has been scammed by this person in facebook (Sherry Bebe). See photo below:

My friend purchased a hardware item from this person. She has paid for it but the item is never delivered. See receipt below:

This person has also deleted her facebook.

We have lodged a police report on this. But I don't think it helps.

Anyone has any better advice?

Or does anyone know HYPE CREW Marketing?
