Date of transaction: 29th Disember 2013

Details of the complaint :
Conform the deal on 28th Disember 2013, midnight. Both sides agree with the price state in the offer. Cant transfer at midnight, over 12am. so will transfer by the next days.

For payment method, i use CIMB clicks to transfer to his cimb account, transfer successfull on 29th Disember 2013, 08:30:29am . he conform my payment and promise me to do the shipping asap, before noon. on the afternoon, he still didnt do the shipping, i sms him at he told me to wait a little more, coz he is kind of busy with some ceremony. i wait til 4pm, sms him again, he reply that he will go pick my shipment and do the shipping. right after that sms, hes gone. not answering my call, not replying my sms. till now, with no tracking number given, no response. i wrote this just to warn others from dealing with this person, his acc number and his name. to XTVIZ plz do sms me if u read this if u want to settle this.

Date of transaction: 07- Dec- 2012, 20: 17: 51 (Payment pending, from CIMB to Maybank

Details of the complaint : according to the thread link, i already paid him RM250, to buy Seagate backup Plus 1TB, we both already agree with that price. so on 7dec2012, i transfer to his maybank acc (114124122423) under Tan Lea Sim. He already confirm my payment, and post the item on Monday, 10 Disember 2012.

while waiting, i asking for my tracking number, he gave me fake tracking number (EM323002538MY), and also send the picture of poslaju receipt to my email (from CoNdOmZrUz" <darren.linux@gmail.com>). but, with no signature and posting date. (just notice couple days ago)

he confirm me that i will receive the item by wednesday. till today, never received any item from him. theres alot of thing i bought from internet, also using poslaju, already received it, even the seller pos on tuesday. so i feel like i've been scam by him. i ask him about my item, he says that he will refund if i still didnt get my item by thursday, 13 December 2012. ("you have my words" < last line of the his sms)

same result, as i expected, no item received. so i call poslaju to ask about the tracking number. they confirm me that they never receive any item with that tracking number. so i decide to ask my refund gently. he agree and do the refund on thursday, 13 december 2012, around 6pm-8pm. he sms me that i will received the payment within 24hours.

i didnt expect him to be so greedy for my RM250. till today, in my acc, i didnt receive any payment. till now, he didnt reply my SMS, didnt answer my CALL.

i attach the poslaju receipt, put something with photoshop to see the address, and another untitled.jpg, i got it from another person who already got scam by the same person. Maybe this will be fake address too.. so, to GITH, i already give you alot of my time, waiting for your answers, asking for your excuses. at least sms me if you want me to wait little more time. now, all i want you to do is, REFUND. thats all i ask TQ
