            <title>Housing Loan - Local Bank? Non-Local Bank?</title>

            <description>Hey all, i&amp;#39;m going to apply for my 2nd housing loan very soon.&lt;br /&gt;My 1st housing loan i did it last year,  with OCBC, -2.3% for lock-in period of 5 years.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The current house i bought, tied with certain banks (around 6 or 7 banks ) to enjoy the DIBS scheme.&lt;br /&gt;There are local and non-local banks offer..UOB, PBB, HSBC, MBB, CIMB, AMBANK etc&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Anyhow, i want shortlist few banks as all the interest rate are about the same, around -2.3% to -2.5%..., prepare documents very sakit kepala..haha , coz self-employed nia... &lt;!--emo&amp;:stars:--&gt;&lt;img src='http://static.lowyat.net/style_emoticons/default/rclxub.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='rclxub.gif' /&gt;&lt;!--endemo--&gt; &lt;br /&gt;Any good recommendation ??             <description>Hey all, &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Both banks offer me the same BLR rate.&lt;br /&gt;The different is just:-&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. OCBC - service fast, Semi Flexi and not many branches in KL.&lt;br /&gt;2. Ambank - service so so, Flexi account HOMElink and more branches in KL.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Which is better? Should i go for Semi-Flexi or Full Flexi?</description>
