Hi all sifus,

I'm having back pain due to injuries (someone throw a Discus wrong direction & hit me, YES, hit my back) at age 17.
There's nothing all the while and recently years starting to feel back pain (maybe getting older)...

I'm not sure is the back-pain caused by the incident aboe or current mattress problem or sitting position etc...

Will it a Good Idea if purchase Ogawa Smart Sense to put at home...then I can massage it when having back pain...

Hi,

I receive a letter from Bank chasing for admin fee of RM2000
I applied and signed bank offer letter on April this year, but before sign SPA, i pulled off so cancel the loan at the same time.
Now, bank chase for RM2000

What If I dun pay the amount? Anything happen to me ??

this few days keep saw TV news, Newspaper, forum all talkng about this "mega" project.
Will this KL METROPOLIS affect surrounding projects such as Mont Kiara, Dutamas, Sri Hartamas or even Jalan Kuching condo pricing shooting sky-high? or Vice Versa?

I have two frens who have very different opinion.

Friend A (own Sri Putramas 1 & 2 ) said : Wow, then my house can sell at RM1000++ per sqft lor, Oh yeah !
Friend B (own Sunrise MK CondoSss ) said : fuxk, it will make MK hell jam and polluted like KL City, I'll move to Desa Park city if this project really on!

What ya all think about it?

Hi all,

I have been offered for a facial package as below :

- 5 Celmonze facial (oxygen + hydro marine)
- 7 Cellnique Intensive Treatment (Bio renewal)
- 2 repair treatment
- FOC eye treatment
- some additional vouchers from the saloon (such as massage, ear candling etc)

Total was RM3200.

Is this a good deal? I tried mini package with this saloon before (RM400 for 3 Times).
The environment was no doubt the best among all salons I went before (I like to try 1st trial here and there), near my office (can just drop by after work), the staff was quite friendly too, massage skill not bad (fall asleep everytime i visit) , not very pushy on selling products (but still they after each facial).

I need some advice coz I never spend so much on facial before thou...I'm now 28....RM3200 for 14 Times facial, I duno lar...
give me some advice please..

It is a township planned around the concept of utilizing high tech IT infrastrusure that forms the key element of Malaysia Multimedia Super Corridor. The location of Cyberjaya is situated about 50km south of the capital of Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur. There're tons of development in Cyberjaya currently (more than 14 projects) ...

Seeing that so many developer interested to this piece of land, is Cyberjaya another potential land same as "Puchong"?

Housing Loan - Local Bank? Non-Local Bank?

Hey all, i'm going to apply for my 2nd housing loan very soon.
My 1st housing loan i did it last year, with OCBC, -2.3% for lock-in period of 5 years.

The current house i bought, tied with certain banks (around 6 or 7 banks ) to enjoy the DIBS scheme.
There are local and non-local banks offer..UOB, PBB, HSBC, MBB, CIMB, AMBANK etc

Anyhow, i want shortlist few banks as all the interest rate are about the same, around -2.3% to -2.5%..., prepare documents very sakit kepala..haha , coz self-employed nia...
Any good recommendation ?? Btw, any differents/benefits if apply housing loan from local/non-local bank?

Looking forward to everyone's opinions..

OCBC Bank vs AMBANK

Hey all,

Both banks offer me the same BLR rate.
The different is just:-

1. OCBC - service fast, Semi Flexi and not many branches in KL.
2. Ambank - service so so, Flexi account HOMElink and more branches in KL.

Which is better? Should i go for Semi-Flexi or Full Flexi?
