Hey /k,

i've been working in a project for one of malaysian mobile operator for 8 months..

cut things short, senior management in my project always ask us to stay back till 9-10 pm without additional pay. Only thing he say can claim is rm 10 dinner..

summore, he keep pushing us to come over the weekends..my friend on,medical leave oso need to work from home..always calling , emailing etc2 asking for work stuff..basically everyone is suffering in this project..all 70+ of them..

anyone got experience this? How to handle this kind of boss? Any laws to protect the workers from being overworked without additional pay?

Hi Guys,

Its been 16 years since my family moved into this area in Klang. whole area is using Maxis Fixed line, with that, we cannot use TM products (streamyx , unifi, P1 fiber etc etc). Not be able to use streamyx is still fine, but it seems that maxis have zero intention in developing broadband infrastructure in my area which is very disappointing. everytime i call / go to the service center, they will reply "we will keep u updated once ur area is covered", 16 years, same answer.

Right now we are using P1 / yes wimax (small quota), is there any other options for us? like changing the network provider or something? if so, anyone know how we can do this?
