Reduce water pump pressure

I installed the Grundfos water pump CM3-5PC on last year and I have start having many leaking until now, the cost of repair is already more than 1k. FYI, my house is around 10 years old house, so the piping cannot withstand the pressure of Grundfos water pump

So, I want to check any other way to reduce the pressure of my water pump without the need to buy a new water pump that is less powerful

I saw on the google, they are people using the "Pressure Reducing Valve" to reduce the water pressure, but I cannot find such information on Malaysia.

Complain unfinished house renovation

Hi all, do you know where I can fill complain for unfinished house renovation?
My neighbor who is not living there has stopped his house renovation more than a year and he left all the rubbish (paint, wood, brick, paper, plastic, etc), and the grass is tall like a adult height. Now, all these rubbish has created mosquito and red ant problems, I have called owner many times, but until now he is still not doing anything to clean out all these rubbish.
I have small kid and old man living in my house, don't think this is good for them

So, I wonder which department I can fill complain to, so he can finally clean out all these rubbish

Where to get powder coating touch up paint

Recently, I just have replaced my gate with the new gate, but the person who build my gate did't fit it properly and caused dim on my gate. He has fixed the dim but he applied the different color paint other than the powder coating paint as he told me it is impossible to get the same paint of the powder coating as it is powder coated by factory.

The result of the paint still looks quite differrent compare to original powder coating paint. I can say it is quite disspointment after I have paid so much for the gate

So, can you advise where I can find the powder coating paint, I only need small amount of paint to touch up my gate

I only found out there is one place http://www.bmcoating.com/about.htm might selling the paint, any other place can refer me?

Shop for replace alternator bearing

Hi all, my car alternator will soon "kong", charging is no problem, the noise come from bearing, so I need find shop that can replace bearing inside alternator.

Do you have any contatc for this kind of shop in PJ area? The shop normally being called starter shop or wiring man shop.

Streamyx down for a week

So, after streamyx down for a week, I have logged a compliant to TM. No fix from them now, contractor blames on TM, TM blames on contractor, end up customer on the lose site

If P1 seervice is bad, streamyx not good either

Speed result different on different Speedometer

I checked all three speedometer from P1, streamyx, and Speedtest.net, all came out with different results?

P1 has slowest result, Streamyx has fastest result, and Speedtest.net (KL server) has speed result between P1 and Streamyx.

I guess it is due to the distance of the Speedometer server located, the closer the server, the faster the speed result you will get...

Anyone can share some knowledge on this

Terminate P1 contract

Actually how much we need to pay for cancel P1 service before reached the contract? When I checked the P1 faq site, it mention the termination fee is RM999; however, I remember the P1 sales agent told me it is only RM299, so which one is right RM999 or RM299

My P1 is 24 months contract with 1.2mbps package.

P1 vs UniFi (HSBB)

Now, the pricing came out for UniFi

UniFi (HSBB):
5mbps - RM149 - 60G cap
10mbps - RM199 - 90G cap
20mbps - RM249 - 120G cap

P1 (Wimax):
1.2mbps - RM99 - 20G cap
2.4mbps - RM199 - 40G cap

It looks like the obvious choice??? Looks like P1 has to do something, if it will lose its magic
