Firstly, I ain't code ninja nor guru. ;\ still practicing MEAN.

About hovercard and tooltips on html.
As many websites use these method to show more option/information when hovering or clicked.
A few example like
1. Facebook, mouseover profile picture will show a hovercard about the profile detail.
2. Dotabuff, mouseover item/hero image will show the detail.
3. tosbase, tree of savior info site.

So I did googled and study some tutorial/stackoverflow solution how to do it.
I had tried both bootstrapJS and jquery tooltipster with ajax call, it works.

My question are should I append the returned html code to element children or append to html body?

How to redirect a domain name to another web hosting site?

The situation :
Due to the website are hosted in Malaysia, Cyberjaya. It is was fast when surfing at Malaysia, but when go oversea it load heavily slow, such as Taiwan, Hk, China.
On Malaysia takes ~3sec to finish load all scripts but oversea need load over 1min.

Can I purchase web hosting plan at HongKong and use existing domain name which purchased from Malaysia?
let say when user go to www.123.com (hosted at malaysia), it will redirect to HongKong web hosting and download the files from there?

I using this AIO water cooler for my i5 3570k @ 4.1ghz.
but this pump whining really damn loud.
any sifus can give me suggestion/solution to solve it?

this is how i setup the cooler.
1. water pump cable (3pin, no PWM), plugged into CPU fan, set to 99% fan speed for 100% pump level.
2. fan stick with the radiator plugged to chassis fan1, custom fan speed. (very low noise at idle, realtemp show 35c).

can confirm the noise are come out from the pump, not clicking sound (no air bubble inside), it was a static high pitch whining sound.
should i RMA it or this is normal?

I have no experience in set up a server storage, after research on internet it found have 3 types of storage design.

Network attached storage , storage area network and direct attached storage.

Currently want to set up a cctv network that contains 30 ip-cameras with HD recording and provide real time view.
Any pros can suggest any good server specification for the CCTV uses?

1. Client for real time view, might running all of the cameras.

Hi, im from TarCU studying Information System Engineering (IT) - diploma.
After this month I will complete this course and have my diploma cert.

TarC have promoted to College University last semester and offer new courses to student.
below are the three new courses they offer to me.

Information System Engineering
Information Security
Internet Technology

all are in degree. (hons)

What I had learned in this diploma are basic in
java(web application, application)
c++ (very basic coding)
database (mysql)
assembly language (get c+ in this subject, really tough for me)
Information system.

Current cgpa are 3.010.

Which course should I pick or just take my diploma cert and find a work?
I'm not clear Malaysia IT trend and after study those courses really can find a work have good pay or not..

Thus, those courses look like not related to any IT cert like CCNA, network security cert..
Please guide me and provide some suggestion..
