I recently applied for an ibm fresh grad position. Got called to do an online test and an interview at cyberjaya.<br /><br /> The online post and recruiter really didnt explain much about the program. The only fact i know its 8 month long (3 month as intern, 5 month probation ) before i get absorbed as full time employee. Just wanna know if anyone ever went through this or heard of it before. My main concern is i wont get absorbed at the end of it.
