Property around PJ/DU area

Hi there,

Do you have any good place to recommend? I am looking for a place around PJ/DU area. Preferably condo as I prefer the 'safe' and 'compounded' feeling. Of course, the place should not be too run-down.

Please recommend some as I have been scouting around sometime but no good result. Been to a few places at Kelana Jaya but either it is too expansive (over-goreng by investor), too old/shabby, layout too funny..... There is one place I like (MOC) but no units available. Sigh.

So, hoping that everyone here can be my radar and extend the search.

Camera bag

Have anyone here tried buying camera bag from Amazon.com? Do we allow to do so? If we are not allow, do you have any other way to buy camera bag from Amazon? Reason: it is slightly cheaper to buy from Amazon than in Malaysia. Otherwise, do you have recommendation to buy affordable or reasonably charge camera bag?

Please help as I am looking for a decent bag very very soon.

Hi there,

Does anyone if we could change the stock stereo to a MP3 capable player? Also, the stock stereo/CD player is a bit cacat whereby it can't really play most of the CD that I have. Bottom line is, I need MP3 while driving.

Hi all,

Does anyone of you familiar with the Stamp Duty (Exemption) thingy for property bought before 31 May 2004? It says something like S&P stamping is exempted, etc.

I am very keen to find out if this apply to strate title transfer too.

My situation is that my apartment is in the midst of transfering the strata title to us and we were somwhat made to understand that they legal and stamping fees could be as much as RM2500. So, being a middle class earner, I want to find ways to make some savings and at the same time also make sure I enjoy all those government goodies (e.g. stamping exemption, etc.).

Does anyone here have a Mortage Loan calculator in Excel format?

I am actually looking for a calculator similar to this Hong Leong MortagePlus calculator to do my calculation on refinancing and budgeting.

An Excel is preferred as it gives me flexibility to use offline.

If there is no such readily avaliable Excel calculator, can anyone offer their expertise to show me the formula to calculating a Mortage Loan? Once I have the Excel worksheet, I don't mind to share it.

Does anyone know how Lowyat.net 'merge' the database after the hardware crashed? What DB support this kind of merge? Is it Oracle?

Or do they have some sort of tool to merge the DB after crash?

Where or how can I download those Mac advertisement? I like to keep them but can't figure out a way to download those Quicktime files. Also, where can I get those previous advertisement? Looks like Apple.com don't keep a gallery for me to review it any time I like.
