Car Insurance Claim (Total Loss)

Hi All, I've a question to ask.

My was declared total loss and I have gotten the compensation from insurance company last year.

But somehow, the vehicle owner ship did not transferred to the insurance company even though I have filled up the form JPJK3A
(but did not go JPJ for thumb print) insurance agent failed to mention the need to go for thumb print

Fast forward recently, I was contacted by the insurance agent to transfer the ownership to the new owner which is a company Auto company based in Kota Kinabalu. (I'm from Selangor)
Then they attached a copy of puspakom inspection which the results are all (Lulus)
No mention of any car damage from accidents or declared as total loss.

So now I suspects this is fraud as the vehicle should not be road worthy.
And I will need to transfer ownership directly to this 3rd party company.

Need all the pro sifus' advice on this.

I just referred back to my insurance claim, it was stated as (Beyond Economic Repair Basis).
Sorry for the confusion. The front chassis damage was quite bad.
Does the advice given here still stand?

Question about Lalamove

Hi guys, I would like some advice on this services.
I've ordered a van to move some personal belongings and has been confirmed.
However, the driver called me to ask to cancel the order and would still come and move my things without going through lalamove.

If I were to choose this path, what will I be missing out eg. security and insurance?

Hi guys, I'm currently on Surfmore 50. Planning to switch to hotlink as the mobile internet is cheaper.
Data is more important to me and I don't call much. Usually use around 1.8 GB per month.
RM 50 vs RM 30. What do you guys think??

Car accident

Hi, I was involved in an accident where a car knocked my back bumper. It was on 27.07.2015.
That fella always delay, saying no money & no time. My fault also for letting to drag this too long, should have asked for payment on the same day.

Now I want to make police report. I have some few questions about this.

1. Is it still valid to make police report?
2. Insurance company still layan? (more than two weeks)
3. Will I be slapped with a summon for late report?

Any more advice that can give?

I got a problem here. I bought a kingston 8gb MicroSDHC. My n95 keeps locking my memory card. It says need to insert password.

I've tried reformatting it through my pc. Then when i put it back to my phone, the same thing happen. Need to insert password. The memory card works fine in my pc, I'm able to transfer file to it.

I have the latest firmware installed. The same thing happened to the old firmware.
