Adobe license.

Sorry if this topic has been repeated, I wanted to ask any pro here if i want to start doing designing stuff, other than the applying business license or anything from the government. What type of license do i need to get, from adobe? Do i need to renew the license from adobe? I kinda lost in the EULA of Adobe, cause the terms used inside EULA are quite alien to me.

I have been to some places when you are connected to the wifi network. there is a small message display box just pop up in the middle of nowhere to say something like, "You are connected to this Network"

and it's not something you will get with any network. Just curious how do they do that?

anyone?
