choosing university for accounting

hello,

I am currently blurred on which university to choose, no public universities please(IPTA). am from uitm diploma in accountancy course, wish to further my studies. I've been lurking around and asking friends on other universities, such as, Utar, segi, unirazak, ucsi, inti .etc... and what I read from one of the topics here is that mia I only recognise the degree of public universities ,MMU and UniTen.

hence, I am confused on which to apply for. I need all the opinion I can get and suggestions.

Make it like "if it we're me I'd go for... and why..."

I went to the education fair as of recently to see applicable universities I can enter. well, I'm a little confused as of currently as they ask me to get my course syllabus. The question, is the course syllabus the same as course outline? I am a Uitm diploma holder in accountancy, trying to go private universities.

This is what happened, I got summoned by jabatan kesihatan johor for smoking at an RnR(pagoh), I paid the summon a week later at the gombak branch. Now after 3 months, all of a sudden I received a warrant of arrest from mahkamah muar for not attending court.

As of now actions I ve done,
1) went to the jabatan kesihatan office and showed them I have paid, they told me they will fax the receipt of payment and will be contacted later

2) went to the police station to make a report on the current situation

3) scanned and emailed the payment of receipt, police report and the arrest warrant to pejabat jabatan kesihatan johor daerah muar.

My question would be, how long will it take to clear blacklist,
Will it affect me in anyway. Please help me

I want suggestion from both AMD and Intel. the budget cannot go any higher. Inclusive of lcd, mouse, keyboard. Yes is for gaming.
(Lcd dun care as long as cheap and 20")( no need DVD reuse)

I rammed to a bike its repair cost so expensive the rims, the body and the coverset damn bloody expensive...
