Weird ping spike issue

Hi Maxis, I've been having this weird ping spike/lag issue since the day I got the Maxis Fibre(May).
I called your customer service a month ago they told me this is due to the cable maintenance but this was one month ago.
I've tried ethernet cable, didn't work as well.

Hey guys, I've built a simple and basic android app which provide roles shuffle for your party, so everybody stands a chance to play certain roles.
Besides, if you have a 6 man party, it can help you decide which one of you is benched.

Few days ago I've registered my PTPTN online, and now I'm kinda lost.
I checked my 'permohonan status', it says ''STATUS: Permohonan pembiayaan pendidikan anda telah diterima dan semakan status permohonan boleh dibuat selepas 5 hari bekerja daripada tarikh tutup permohonan.''
Erm.. do I get it or it's still in progressing?
