Details of the complaint :

Agreed to purchase due to Personal warranty given(sms if anyones curious)
Bought above said item from seller earlier today COD around sunway pyramid area. Went right home happily to try my new toy.
Sadly did not work(No display cant detect) so i confronted Mr Seller. He kindly troubleshoots with me regarding Crossfire etc what not related or not. NVM! i try try for hours

I did not give up so i test on my other pc and even my neighbours pc. turn out the same! Den seller start to MIA for some reason block my whatsapp(God knows why) telling me at granny place no line etc. text text as usual wont get thru due to block.
So i got fedup sent him an SMS saying i want a refund. Took him hours to reply compared to before i bought his item, He said he dont do refunds because he been using the card no problem until i touch it and blame my luck for it. And that he cannot refund me else he got no money to buy other items. @.@?

TLDR : BUy item promised warranty and rejected refund
