Hi.. I am a freelancer for many years and every year I have been filing my tax on my own without engaging any accountant. I have been charging my clients using my Sole Proprietor account.

Now there is a open tender project I wish to bid, and one of the requirement is to provided audited financial statement. How do I proceed with this? What do I need to prepare ? I heard if your annual income is less than RM300K you can be excepted from audit? Thanks a lot.
