[WTA] Wi-Fi Router RECOMMEND for YES Zoom

Dear Sifu-sifu,
please recommend me a Cheap and Good wifi router which can extend wifi signal to 2nd floor and 3th floor with using YES Zoom 4mbps Network.

hi all..
i need some help here..
i had subscribd the TM BB package 4mbps line for sharing internet with my housemate(4ppl)
we agree to share the internet and let the wifi rounter on for 24hours.
but..
everyday i just manage to surfing internet in midnite and early in the moring..other than that slot of time..i can't even login to Mozilla Start Page..
i had tried speedtest in midnite for checking my house internet wiring and the result is around 4mbps..

so..is it my housemate is a heavy internet user?
what program that she use which can sapu all the line wor?letting other ppl cnt use the internet..
geram la..i wana log in fb oso nid to keep on refresh the webpage..then jz manage to log in..

can i do somthing for stop this problems?

WTA CAR ACCIDENT

i just saw an accident at my Taman area...
both driver was gaduh at there..
i m quite curious bout the THINGS MUST DO WHEN ACCIDENT.
can guys or police officer share ur experience at here?
i m noob and my driving teacher din teach me bout all this:
bah kata: sediakan payung sebelum hujan...choi choi choi..i dont wish to have an accident...bt i wish to learn bout the knowladge..

lets c this situation:
My Myvi bang ppl Myvi buntut at Trafic light..(That ppl emengency brake due cnt run for the orange light)
My front bumber jatuh and the guy's bumber kemet..

1. Phone Call:
should i call Police 1st or tow truck company?

2. Car Location:
Should i parking the car at roadside or just keep the position (Lets say in KL jalan Pudu,hearvy trafic)

3. Photo:
Should i take the photo of my car and his car? or just wait the police come and take with FILM camera?
If i had take the pic, would the police officer ask me Bluetooth the pic to them?

4. Arguement:
should i argue with the driver kaw-kaw b4 police come?
should i bring "weapon" along?

5. Claim:
should i terus minta he pay me $$ or need do police report?
Should i terus settle with the driver by cash or need do police report oso?

6. Tow Truck:
There are more Efficient than our PDRM...
so should i cincai-cincai let one of the Trailer Company Tepi Jalan tow my car?
or i need to ask my Insurance Compamny to Tow my car?(Lets say:Kurnia)

7. Insurance:
if my case...should i pay the repair fee by cash or claim insurance?
(if jz repair front bumber)

2. If accident happend, The Tow Company MUST get my sign b4 tow away the car right?
if i just ignore those unautorised Tow Company..will they keras-keras tarik jalan my car?or beat me by calling ahbeng ahseng?

3. If i drive to melaka makan angin and had accident with serius damage.. i m nt familiar with the Workshop in melaka..how ah? wana tarik balik KL buat? or insurance company will help me find a safety de shop for repairing my car in melaka?

4. If i bang ppl car buntut, i need to paid all the repair cost of tat ppl car? or just 50-50 for the cost?
