            <description>Hi guys, for those who has done ICSA can anyone describe their experience especially with regards to the exams. I heard that the failing rate last year was like 90% for CFM, is that true?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;And where are you guys doing the course? Are the manuals alone sufficient to pass the exams? Do you guys spot?</description>

            <title>CIMB v AmBank Management Trainee Program</title>

            <description>So yeap question is, which one would you guys choose looking at a lot of factors&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1) Monetary- CIMB has a higher salary 3.2k compared with AmBank 2.8, but does the amgraduate program offer bonuses?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2) CIMB bonds you and make you pay back in you underperform, does this happen in Ambank?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3) Time of training for CIMB is 2 years compared with AmBank which is one&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4) AND MOST IMPORTANTLY- career progression which one is better for your future&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It would be great if those that are already in the programme could offer some advice&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;thanks&lt;br /&gt;</description>
