recently, i do get an offer from a smaller company which offer me abt 80% increment and higher position.
I do list down all the pro- & con- which i am able to think of:

PRO
1.Higher salary
2.Unknown Bonus ( Min 2 months)
3.Incentive (Might be implement soon)
4.Higher position
5.Challenging working place

CON
1.smaller market capital
2.unfriendly product (compare to MNC)
3.different targeted clients group
4.uncertain future
5.benefits less compare to MNC

should i accept this offer ?

i am not sure this is correct place for me. Actually. im just wake up from my eye operation. things come without any expectation. my right vision is gone and thanks god that, i still have abt 70% of my left eye back. But, i am scare, i might turn blind in future. it is just the matter of time. i have no ideal what should i do right now.

During the operation, i face it alone. stay in hospital alone. i feel kinda depress and sad when saw patients beside me get family to visit. That y, i come here to ask all forumer.

Let say, your got unhealthy body, will u still plan to start a relationship ? i am lost now. in my opinion, i think since i dont even can take care of myself, what for i still get a gf or wife to let her suffer, isnt it ? do u girls agree with me ? what should i do ?? i dont know... just wish that miracle will happen......

with much luck, i was offer by Mbb as Investment Share Executive and JP Morgan as Treasury Operations.

Well, for me.. i think both of it also look excellent and suit my interest until i cant make a correct decision.

below is my own analyzing.

Investment share executive.
pro
-basic 2.8k + allowance ( car, petrol, travel,outstation) + quarterly performance bonus
-placed in my hometown, (where i think is easier for me to hit target + save living cost)
-working life might be more challenging as SALES is part of the job duty
-good direct manager n regional manger
-free sponsorship to further study ( CFA or MBA)
con
-compare to JPM, the name is slightly not that famous. ( only South East Asia)
-might just become King of Kampung
-if cant hit target, no bonus ( current economic, dont think can make it)

Treasury Operation
-basic 3k + unknown performance bonus
-placed in KL ( where have to rent room + transportation fees + Living cost )
-will play supporting role in Treasury Services ( report, various back end duties)
-NO SALES required
-good LEARNING and WORKING EXPERIENCE
-good future promotion + enlighten my FUTURE RESUME
-good reputation ( i guess is dream of most banker)
-no politics as adopt western working cultural
-their name ( JP Morgan) is kinda hard for me to reject ( Everyone will pay more attention when heard abt it)
con
-cant save much ( as high expenses )
-parents dont really encourage (i am the youngest)
-Gf in hometown ( she said OK for me to chase my career but, i know her heart also not really like me to go)
-might be become slave in KL ( where in my hometown, i can be king)

CGPA ~ a bias indicator

Hi guys, recently they are many fresh graduates come to job market. I found out an abnormal phenomena is the most the famous University graduate is hard to get 1st class but they r thousands of 1st class from some private U or unfamous local U.

Since some U r applying bell curve for their academic result, that mean even u get 80 marks, doesn't mean u sure will get an A.( it is my experience)
besides. Some U had also fixed the number of candidate for the result. It means to just have a certain number student can get A, certain number will fail..
Every uni have their own standard, u cannot compare Harvard Uni with UM, Oxford with USM, NUS with UTU, this is totally a bullshit if we just compare their cgpa.

So, do u guys think that our job market is getting something wrong??? Since most the interviewer or some MNC is hired based on their result.

I am posting this topic because many of many friends wish to enter SAP field. Unfortunately. The chances to get into this field are relatively much harder than investment or financial field. No company willing to hire a fresh graduates as SAP trainee at nowadays.

how come like that ??

Is it meaning that SAP is going to outdated or substitute by oracle? or any other reasons ?? Because the job market for SAP seem like become narrower.
