Refund for last minute subject withdrawal

Hello guys,

Asking for opinions whether is it possible to have a refund from the UNI with last minute subject withdrawal? I had around 3 semesters whereby i withdrew all my subjects before final exam ( 2 or 3 weeks before final exam) and did not sit for the exam. I was charged up to 15k for the 3 semesters ( courses fee, exam fee, registration fee). i have already submitted my appeal letter to the UNI to refund the 15k. afterall, they were already paid 46k by my ptptn.

Open to suggestions.
Regards.

My first property - newbie*

Hellow fellow folks and Real Estate Gurus,

I've encounter a problem whereby i am interested in buying a property from a owner who currently is not in Malaysia as he has a long term working contract in Italy and he is only looking for serious buyers. He asked for a refundable security/warranty deposit of 20% for reservation this deposit and i will not pay him directly (probably a third party).

Gurus,
Need your advises on what should i do to ensure the security/safety of the transaction (third party). Should i get a lawyer to make an agreement with the owner ? but the owner is not in Malaysia. How should i negotiate with the owner to obtain a fair deal ?

PS: Sorry if i did not provide sufficient information.
