Hi there, I am going to buy a laptop and still considering which of this two laptops is a better choice. All the specs seems to be almost the same except for the HDD storage. Saw this price and specs from hikari's thread. Please do advice me, sifus

Alternative software to record game

I was actually using Fraps to record the gameplay of the game I played but it required more money if you want to have the full version of it which will allowed you to record you gameplay for more than 30 seconds. So, I try other software and found WeGame client which has video recording for your gameplay. I tried it and it is quite good.

My question : Is there other alternative software that can record sound from your mic and the audio from the gameplay just like Fraps?

What is the problem?

Okay, sifus. My problem that I am facing this time is laggy game performance of my Toshiba laptop. I wonder if the graphic card is the main problem. The graphic card in my Toshiba laptop is ATI MOBILITY RADEON HD 4500 SERIES. I tried to play a few games such as League of Legends, War.Inc Battlezone and etc etc. IT is too lag for me to continue my game. I wonder if the heatsink is collecting too much dust either or the graphic card is not compatible with the minimum requirement of those games. Please give some advice.

I just bought COD: Black Ops and tried it earlier. It isn't smooth enough as I thought. When I was shooting, it was fine. The only part where it goes a bit laggy is the part where I have to follow my teammates. When I run, it is abit laggy and when i shooting, it goes smooth. Any idea how to make it completely smooth?
Besides that, in the front part during the scene in the bar, I turned my head around to view the bar and my screen has some sort of line. It is like the scene is filtering and syncing for the next scene.

First please look at the original screenshot of my laptop's icons.

It suddenly changed yesterday and I noticed it today when I opened my laptop. What is the cause of those changes? Now I get so confused with those icons because they suppose to be representing other file or software.
All the folder and desktop software are still the same. The only changes is the icons which make me confused.
Any solutions and causes? Please help me here.

Ok, I've got a problem with the P1 payment and hope that sifus here can help me settle this problem.

Last few months, to be exact on January, I bought a P1 Wimax package which I have forgotten which package.
The reason I bought P1 was because I was going for internship in KL and need network. So, I choose P1 after being 'conned' by the workers.
Now, let me explain why I said that I got 'conned'.

At Sunway Pyramid, just in front of the Ace Hardware Store, there is a P1 stall. The seller come talk to me about P1 package. A lot of sweet talks have been uttered by the sellers. The case is they tell me that the package which I am interested, I would only need to pay RM120 per month. That package I chose is unlimited speed which supposed to be the most expensive package with Rm120 per month. I need fast network because my boss require me to do research at home and he wanted fast job. So, that's why I got talked into this.

The biggest problem is the seller told me that I only need to pay RM120 per month and it is ADVANCED PAYMENT. He told me that I have to pay first if I want to use the broadband service every month. They will stop charging me because it is advanced payment which you need to pay to use. That's what I hear verbally from the seller.

Well, the case is not only the seller from Sunway Pyramid told me that. I went to 1Utama and the P1 seller tell me the same thing. There is only one shop there selling P1 Wimax. I went back to sunway. Then, I paid Rm100 and get that broadband. I asked the seller how much would I need to pay for next month. He replied with confidence that I only need to pay RM120 next month. Cool. So, I used for the first month and got shocked when I have to paid the second time.

The amount I needed to pay was RM 255.40. I got angry and called the seller. I went to the booth at Sunway asking the same thing. Why the payment differ so much from what you have showed me. He then take his calculator and explained to me arrogantly that I should pay RM255. Then he denied that he said I should only pay RM100 for this month.

Then, I thought I can terminate P1 anywhere as long as there is P1 stall or shop. This is because the seller told me so. The seller is referred as the P1 seller in Sunway Pyramid and 1Utama. I went to terminate at one of the shop and they told me that I have to go to Jalan Templer which was their HQ to terminate. Agai, it is verbal communication which I can't argue with them about this.

So, since it is advanced payment, I stop using it so that it won't charge me. Besides that, I don't have time to terminate the service.
The amount of money charged by P1 till now is RM706.40 and the seller told me it is advanced payment which I need to pay to use. How awesome is that?

My question is how long would it take till I got blacklisted? Will I get sued for not paying and will I have any trouble with the court for not paying?

I am asking this question because I will be leaving for U.K in the next three months. I don't hope that this will be a problem for me and my visa. Paying RM700 is totally absurd when the seller told me that it is advanced payment. Any solutions?

I know I don't have any argument and proof against the P1 sellers as the conversation are not recorded and it is all verbal.

This is a warning for you guys before you all choose P1. Don't get 'conned' by P1 sellers at Sunway Pyramid and 1Utama. Just use other broadband for goodness sake.

I want to download the client for Heroes of Newerth. I go the website and try to download but my Avira Antivirus identified it as malware website so it blocked my access to download HoN. Is there any other way to download it with my antivirus on?

When I was around 13 or 14 years old, I watched a horror movie.

The storyline of this horror movie is about a few people went to the sea ( forgotten of their purpose going to the sea) and their boat sort of can't used.
So, they were in the middle of the sea when they saw a big cruise boat. They went up and found no one there.
They decided to cook the fish they found in the fridge ( I think). They ate the fish and something bad started to happen.
I remembered there is one scene where a girl vomited in the toilet.
There is one more scene where it was the fish's point of view ( the fish eventually killing them)
The fish sort of like piranha but not piranha because it can walk...

Please help me here because I am finding for that movie.

Guys, how to differentiate fake HP DV6 and genuine HP DV6?
I went to buy my DV6 this morning and found out the touchpad is spoilt. Even the seller and the manager also tried it and restored everything but the touchpad still can't be used.

So, they called me to wait for the company to get a new stock from HP.
Now, I am worry because I didn't face such problems before.
As people said, first impression is everything.
