Hi all, I'm developing a payroll web-based system.

Here is the problem, in the generate payslip page or calculating salary page, I somehow doubt how do I can choose and add up all the allowances from the tblAllowance to tblPayroll?

For example, I have inserted the allowance type into my tblAllowance in the AddAllowance.aspx, and during in the calculateSalary.aspx I couldn't found any solution to get my allowance type and select it into the page.

Any suggestion for it?
Please ask more if my question is unclear.

How to load MySQL data in another computer

Hi all, I'm having problem when I'm trying to load MySQL data in another computer but same network.

Example, I have a purchasing system in the main computer, and I create an interface in another computer to show the delivery status for my clients.

CODE

MySqlConnection cn = new MySqlConnection("Server=192.168.1.14;User=root;Password=abab;Database=dbname;")

And I got the error " Unable to connect to any of the specified MySQL host"
By the way, both computers have turned off the firewall as well.

Please guide me how to load it. Thanks in advance

Hi all sifus, how can I update my datagridview table with an update button? Newbie here
