Clogged drain

does any1 experience this clogged drain. it happens quite frequently to me recently,
prolly forgotten to pour hot water once a while.

(clogging at floor trap is okay manage to clear it.)

but under the kitchen sink at the L-bow prolly where it got stuck.

was thinking buying the waste disposal installed under the sink outlet, but another buddy
of mine suggest installing Grease trap beneath the sink?

quite confused now, i've ordered the waste disposal at homedecor recently.
shud i cancel the order?
