Noisy Tap

Hi guys,
I've got this problem whereby it's only prevalent in my Master Bedroom sink tap.

Lifting the handle 1/3 and it starts making a whole lot of noise. Lets not even consider full!
However, should you flush the cistern or use the water heater, the noise goes away and obviously comes back when you stop using them.

Any ideas?

From my limited understanding, the MB pipes are at the end of the whole connection; i.e. water goes from main inlet to Yard+Kitchen then Guest Bedroom then MB...
Could it be the pressure or the tap itself? I hear the same noise when my next door neighbour uses theirs.

Guys,
Bought my first ever iPhone 5 back in August 2013 due to company work.

Now having problems with wifi + data switching. So decided to check Apple Online for Warranty.

Imagine my shock when I find that it's warranty ISN"T expiring in August 2014 BUT APRIL 2014!!!

Called up Apple Care and they told me that it's a replacement for a PREVIOUS iPhone of mine so that's why it's expiring in April 2014. WTF???
But I've never bought an iPhone prior to this...!

Where did I get this from? Mac City 1U.

Question: So what do I do now?
