Missing Icon

can you help me?most of my icon missing suddenly. it even doesn't show in itunes when i sync the phone. when i check with ifile, all the missing apps were still in my phone.is there any way to reappear the icon back?i have try reset the home screen and check the restriction but no luck.

Hey guys...need help....i have this 4 month alienware m18x basic set...comes with GTX 660, HD 500G, windows 8 and so on...
the problem is...recently my laptop was stutter when it is in idle or when not using keyboard or mouse for about 3 minute...
when the keyboard or mouse were used again, it come back to normal...it normally happened when watching video either on youtube or on player..
happen also when playing games...any idea what happened u guys?

Help me..when i connected my hard drive to my laptop,it doesn't read it..when i look at the properties,it just show that my hard drive is in RAW mode...that means it unreadable...how to change my hard drive from RAW mode to NTFS??I need help as soon as possible....
