CD Rom Detected but cannot eject and read

Hi all,

I'm using a HP laptop. I am facing a problem with my DVD rom. Got it replaced but the problem persist.

I'm able to see the device in my device manager but I'm not able to eject it (regardless manual by pressing the eject button or via the E:\).

I'm suspecting that something is wrong with the power slot on my laptop.

Any idea guys?

Please advice (besides asking me to bring back to HP service center )
