Hi guys, I recently received a quotation for my house plumbing job. which is quite a large job

About 5k-5.5k. Price is for labour only, not including any parts.

Job include,
the standard pressure test, main pipe checking etc etc.
Servicing of 5x undertable pipings
Installation of 4 sinks
Installation of 1 undertable island sink
Installation of 7 faucets
Installation of 3 bidets
Installation of 5 taps
Hacking of tiles around shower diverter and replacing shower diverter (no replace tiling works) x3 toilet
Installation of 3 rainshower
Installation of 3 shower heads
Installation of centralized water heater 50 or 91l
Installation of Water Tank 800l or 1000l
Installation of booster pump
Installation of 2 under table filter
Installation of 1 basic bathtub
Servicing of 3 toilet bowls

I feel it is hard to estimate what the average cost might be so looking for some input on this.

Question about MU-MIMO, mesh and Wifi 6

Im currently using unifi provided dlink dir825m router. I have also bought another 1 of the same model to create a mesh setup. So i currently have 2 units using in a double story house.

Currently with the 2 dir825m routers, my setup is (@30mbps)
1 pc on lan
4 wifi cctv
when return home, 1 tablet, 2 smartphone on wifi. and the occasional smart tv on wifi.

Not much complaints with the current setup, occasionally slow speeds and sometimes cctv responds abit slowly.

I'm planning to move to a corner house mid next year, with intention of using 8cctv.

My question is currently wifi5 mu-mimo is max at 4 devices. does my current mesh system with 2 routers provide 2x4 max devices? or is it still just 4 devices throughout the mesh network.

I initially plan to add another dir825m router bringing the mest up to 3 points. But was wondering how well it can handle 8cctv at once + additional devices. Or should I start considering a new setup with wifi6? since wifi 6 mu-mimo is up to 12 devices. However i doubt my current cctvs (EZVIZ C3W) is compatible with wifi 6 features.

I may also consider upgrading to the 100mbps plan once i move and am also wondering how well the dir825m may perform.

Need input on TTPM/possible scam

I ordered (bank in to company acc) some items amounting to RM400+ end of last month. Seller said will ship in 2-3days, but after 1wk+ still not shipped, citing supplier stock issues. I then proceeded to ask for refund, which seller initially agreed to but unsurprisingly they never did refund.

Once they started being unresponsive to text and stop phone calls, i decided to file a tribunal case against the company. I tried to send it to their google maps/fb published address but poslaju reported back saying they were unable to find the person/company at the address. TTPM then advised me to check the info @ SSM to which i found out that their company/business license were dissolve/expired. I have yet to get in touch with TTPM regarding this. {Edit} TTPM asked to do an insolvency check and if they are not bankrupt TTPM said they still can proceedd with the case... however im not sure as to how to get about what address to send to if the company is dissolved anyway...

With this i likely think i may have been scammed? and since without a functioning company i assume TTPM cant do much?

Im thinking my next step would be to report police and be done with this issue and assume the loss.

Tenda Nova MW3 for unifi

Is it easy to setup pppoe for this?
Any issues with this model? Or if there are any other suggestions?

What is wrong with Maxis

I've checked with ookla speedtest and it seems to be getting up to 10mbps dl however when in a game of dota or streaming videos it feels as tho the internet is consistently choking. Videos load ultra slowly and the game pings at over 2000. More so recently at night the internet connection just decides to disconnect and connect whenever it likes.

Must say Maxis has quite terrible service.
