            <description>i got a wifi &amp;amp; lan router&lt;br /&gt;desktop (xp os) connected to lan can surf internet normally  &lt;!--emo&amp;:)--&gt;&lt;img src='http://static.lowyat.net/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif' /&gt;&lt;!--endemo--&gt; &lt;br /&gt;laptop A (xp os) connected to WIFI and surf internet normally  &lt;!--emo&amp;:)--&gt;&lt;img src='http://static.lowyat.net/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif' /&gt;&lt;!--endemo--&gt; &lt;br /&gt;laptop B (7 os) connected to WIFI and limited access  &lt;!--emo&amp;:(--&gt;&lt;img src='http://static.lowyat.net/style_emoticons/default/sad.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='sad.gif' /&gt;&lt;!--endemo--&gt; &lt;br /&gt;laptop C (7 os) connected to WIFI and limited access  &lt;!--emo&amp;:(--&gt;&lt;img src='http://static.lowyat.net/style_emoticons/default/sad.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='sad.gif' /&gt;&lt;!--endemo--&gt; &lt;br /&gt;ipad ---&amp;#62; connected WIFI and limited access  &lt;!--emo&amp;:(--&gt;&lt;img src='http://static.lowyat.net/style_emoticons/default/sad.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='sad.gif' /&gt;&lt;!--endemo--&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;thus the symptom i found is &lt;br /&gt;desktop &amp;amp; laptop A both has IP address 192.168.2.xx  &amp;amp; subnet mask 255.255.255.0&lt;br /&gt;laptop B,C and ipad has IP address 169.254.31.xx &amp;amp; subnet mask 255.255.0.0&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;i hope all sifus in here can give your view on this .thx</description>

            <title>a newbie need help on his new motherboard</title>

            <description>dear all forumer: i am figuring why my pc boot slow after i press power button&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;the situation like this, i press the power button~&lt;br /&gt;then my cpu fan spin but very low speed&lt;br /&gt;after 1++ minutes, the cpu fan make a louder sound which becoming normal&lt;br /&gt;then only boot screen appears and windows started booting up&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;this only happen when i turn on my pc by pressing the power button.... &lt;br /&gt;means this does not occur when i restarting windows~&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;hope you guys can help me solve the problem</description>
