Hi,
Is there any software that I can use to backup and read my whatsapp message on PC? (Other than Whatsapp Web)
The latest update on Whatsapp web have caused quite a number of chat history inaccessible via Whatsapp Web.

Hi,
I am moving into a new place and need to subscribe for a fibre connection for my house .
Now i am torn between the available choices such as UNIFI, Celcom, Maxis and Digi.
I am looking for stable connection with activities such as gaming, streaming 4k and such.
May I know if there is any suggestion on which service provider should I choose?
I am opting for 300mbps/500mbps line for my family of 4 members.

ITSU brand massage chair?

Hi guys,
Recently went shopping for massage chair for my family.
So far we tried OSIM, OGAWA and ITSU brand of massage chair.
Each have their pro and cons but I particularly fall for ITSU model of ITSU SENSEI ESSENCE NEO for the overall comfort, design as well as the wide range of massage program to choose from.

It's just that when I googled on ITSU chair and I couldn't find much info on the brand or chair itself. Understand from the salesman is that it is from Japanese company but I only see it being available on Malaysia, Hong Kong and Indonesia.

Would like some feedback from anyone that have experience with this brand ?
P.S : It would be the first massage chair for my family .

Coffee Shop(Kopitiam) Law? Penang

Hi All,
Recently, my bro acquired a business of coffee shop with existing hawkers. The hawkers are not very cooperative with our decision to reorganize the store / increase the rental.
My question is there any law protecting those hawker who are basically renting our space by paying a fixed monthly rent? There are no contract between us. Can we increase the monthly rent to a rate (double the current rate) that we prefer or can we just ask them to leave the coffee shop? I am not sure if this is the right place to ask but is there any legal implication to our action? Now they are acting like they own the places cause they have been selling for around 5 years.
*We can survive without those hawker rental.

Hope to get some insight on this.

Hi Guys,
I am looking to rent a shoplot here in Penang with monthly rental of RM3k and I am told by the agent that I need to pay the following :

Advance rental rm3180 (inclusive 6% GST)
3 mth deposits + utilities rm14310 (refundable)
Agent fee rm3000
Agreement & stamping rm350
Misc rm55
Total rm20,895

Is it the norm for shop lot landlord to take 3 month deposit + utilities (RM14k) which is around 4.6 months of rental ?

Is it possible for a RM3k rental shop lot to only incur RM10k cost in total for the rental deposit/agent fees etc?

Dear sifus,
I think there's something wrong with my modem as I always disconnected when playing Steam game online. Once it got connected to their host server, my internet connection got cut off including google chrome. When I close the game, after few second the internet connection got restored. After various troubleshooting, I suspected that my modem might be at fault. So is there any user friendly plug and play modem out there that is suitable to replace my Riger DB120-WL for streamyx 8mb connection.

[HELP] Problem for Online Gaming via Steam

Dear Sifus,
I have problem with my internet connection once I launched online game via steam. The whole connection crashes after I open the game. The game itself will be stuck at loading page as well. Once I closed the game, the connection came back. I just bought my PC last month and I realised this problem when I downloaded PUBG. Since the game is still in Beta, I thought that it might be a one off case but today after I finished downloaded For Honor, I face the same issue again. I am starting to think if it is my mobo fancy apps setting .
Below are my specs :
i7-7700K
Asus Z270E
G.Skill 8gbx2 3200mhz Ram
MSI Gaming X+ 1080
*Using Ethernet Connection (Streamyx 8mb pack)

I have tried the following solution but to no avail :
i) Disable window firewall
ii) Disable Window Defender via Local Group Policy
iii) Run as admin
iv) Verify the integrity of the files through Steam

Please provide me with any other solution

Window 10-Bluetooth missing

Guys,
I just set up my rig using wifi and bluetooth built in mobo, Asus Z270E. Everything was working fine until yesterday. This morning, I did not even turn off my PC but my bluetooth icon suddenly MIA.
The whole system does not seems to scan my bluetooth adapter. I am using Window 10 and the last update was few days ago and it is working fine till yesterday.
I have tried the following to no avail :
1) Reinstall the bluetooth driver
2) Manually start the bluetooth services at service.msc
3) Use Microsoft "Repair Installation" as suggested by Microsoft CS via live chat

I can't find any button for me to on bluetooth in the my devices part.

Not sure if this is the correct place for me to ask as I think the culprit is Window 10? Pretty much exhausted the options/solutions from Google so I hope someone can help me out here.
