PUTRAJAYA: Deputy Prime Minister Ahmad Zahid Hamidi has confirmed there will be no restriction on any Umno member who wished to participate in the upcoming Red Shirts rally, also called “Himpunan Maruah Melayu” (Malay Dignity Rally) this September 16 in Kuala Lumpur.

He said, this was because every Umno member had the right to join any rally he or she wished to attend.

“We will let the police give them a permit and conduct enforcement operations.

“The rally will be organised by an NGO and the NGO will invite Umno. It is an individual’s right to attend a rally,” he said during a media conference after a meeting of the Central Disaster Management and Aid Committee which he chaired.

The rally, that falls on Malaysia Day, will see Malay supporters wearing Red Shirts marching down the streets of Kuala Lumpur and gathering peacefully at Bukit Bintang and Petaling Street. The rally is to last for 12 hours.

Its leader Jamal Md Yunos previously promised "2.6 billion" red-shirted people to rally behind Prime Minister Najib Razak in a show of support for his leadership.

The problem is that ever since driver 11.12, browser videos only show green image and videos accelerated by dxva don't work anymore :S same problem with 12.1 preview, WHQL, 12.2 preview and 17 january drivers. all have the same problem. don't know if its only for us mobile users or for all :/ maybe its just my pc saying go green next time you buy a laptop or a card XD

Anything after 11.12

Can't display videos, but audio and (soft) subtitles are rendered correctly.
XviD and h.264 (standard and 10-bit) videos are blank, with DXVA or not.
Any Flash videos are green in browsers.

Using or reverting to 11.12

Everything plays fine, DXVA or not.

each times i quit any games, i will get this results.. my fan acted crazy while on idle mode! dust problem? but explorer.exe ate my cpu usage that cause i get this result. the problem i think is from explorer.exe

anyone who purchase MS Office Starter 2010 occur this problem on Dell Inspiron 15R (N5010)
Q drive.. access is denied as a hidden files beside C: how to completely clean remove it? I heard even remove, it still there and messed up all registry. (some said won't)
i called Dell it stated is normal but i frustrate with the Q drive appeared. pro, help me solve this problem.

i using dell inspiron 15r, ati hd5650 1gb dedicated w/o switchable but appeared 3.86gb usable so how to make it 4gb! i come with win 7 home premium 64 bit. someone please solve for me thanks T_T
