Dear All,

Recently, I received a message from Nirvana Shah Alam informing us that we may proceed with relocating our deceased’s urn from the temporary placement to the newly built Song Villa (SV3), 1st Floor, in mid-June 2025. However, I was surprised to learn that this entire floor has been designated specifically for free thinkers. This is a significant deviation from what was communicated to us by the sales consultant at the time of purchase.

We were clearly informed that the niche would be designed without a Buddha statue to accommodate both religious and free thinker preferences, and that there would be a central incense burner available. At no point were we told that the entire floor would be designated solely for free thinkers, nor that it would lack a central incense burner. The mock-up building shown to us at the time of purchase also did not reflect the current setup.

While we understand and accept that individual niches are not permitted to have personal incense burners—which is standard practice—we fully expected a central incense burner to be available on the same floor. Placing the incense burner on a lower floor is, in our view, highly inappropriate, inconvenient, and especially disrespectful to the deceased.

At this point, I have spoken with a few other SV3 buyers, and none were aware that the 1st Floor was designated as a free thinker section or that it would not have a central incense burner.

The reason I am sharing this is to understand whether other purchasers of Song Villa 3 (SV3) were informed during their purchase about these important details. Several buyers who purchased their units as recently as last year have shared similar experiences—that they were not properly informed or briefed by the sales consultants. This raises serious concerns about the consistency and transparency of the information provided during the sales process.

I am also gathering information from other SV3 buyers to submit a formal request to Nirvana management, urging them to install a central incense burner on the same floor (1st Floor), as was communicated to us during the sales process. If anyone would like to join this effort, please feel free to DM me.

Another point of concern is the promise made to us regarding a chanting ceremony during the relocation of our deceased’s urn from the temporary placement to the newly built Song Villa (SV3). We were clearly informed that a chanting or prayer ceremony would be conducted as part of the moving process. However, the recent message we received conveyed a different arrangement (refer to the message below).

When we visited the Nirvana Shah Alam sales office to clarify, we were informed that chanting ceremonies will now be conducted—but only from this point onward. We questioned why this was not done previously, and the explanation given was that it was due to complaints from other families.

This raises a serious concern, as those who purchased earlier were not informed of the change. We urge anyone in a similar situation to contact Nirvana directly to ensure their loved ones receive a proper and respectful transition. At the very least, our beloved deceased deserve a peaceful journey to their new resting place.

I believe now, everyone have go thru this stage during crisis how the company treats the employee.. !

As for me, during the implementation of MCO, company request us to complete the task, therefore we only shut down on Friday.

And yesterday the employer of this company request us release some sample goods for promotion and risking the life and health of the employees just for a good sake of Sales.... during the communication.. the employer said dont want to hear NO... threatening with the position towards employee at this crisis time..

furthermore this company MNC but run like chinaman way...

BTW my company is not essentials goods and .. if we are essential goods dont mine contribute to the society during this crisis...

KUALA LUMPUR: Asian bourses traded in the negative territory throughout the day as the lukewarm sentiments towards United States's debt deal was outweighed by fears of global economy downturn and a possible American credit rating downgrade.

The local market volume traded was 903.5mil shares done worth RM1,437.3mil. Market breadth was negative, with 496 counters down against 307 gainers while 262 remained unchanged.

FBM KLCI fell 3.16 points or 0.20% at its close to 1554.85. The local benchmark index opened almost flat this morning, gaining a meagre 0.01 point to 1,558.02 in early trade.

Top gainers were Crescendo corp, rising 28 sen to RM1.50; Pulai Springs Bhd, which rose 24 sen to RM1.14 and TAHPS Group Bhd which gained 20 sen to RM4.50.

Top losers were Sarawak Cable Bhd, which was down 39 sen to RM1.94; PPB Group Bhd which dipped 30 sen to RM17.28 and Manulife Holdings Bhd, which shed 23 sen to RM3.02.

Regional bourses continued their downward trend with Tokyo's Nikkei 225 falling 1.21% to 9844.59 and Hong Kong's Hang Seng Index was down 1.07% to 22421.46.

Shanghai's A index was down 0.91% to 2679.26 while Seoul's Kospi Index dipped 2.35% to 2121.27 and nearer to home, Singapore's Straits Times Index fell 1.25% to 3175.16.

Nymex crude oil lost 80 cents to US$94.09 per barrel. Spot gold rose US$5.78 to US$1625.15 per ounce while silver went up 22 cents to US$39.51. The ringgit was quoted at 2.9592 to the US dollar and 4.2005 to the euro.
