            <description>hai,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;i have a property (office lot) and  (fully paid) and market value around 160k&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; my salary around 2k per (net 1.8k)month but i just joint this company (permanent staff) about 1 month so i have only 1 pay slip.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;question is:&lt;br /&gt;so can i apply mortgage loan (want to loan 140k) using 1 payslip only ?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Can Be Approved ? &lt;!--emo&amp;:help:--&gt;&lt;img src='http://static.lowyat.net/style_emoticons/default/icon_question.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='icon_question.gif' /&gt;&lt;!--endemo--&gt;</description>
