Apple Watch Series 3 Defect

I bought an Apple Watch Series 3 last Friday at Harvey Norman,

Went home and found that the screen has some kind of adhesive marks on the side of the screen which cannot be removed.

Went back to Harvey Norman the next day to ask for an exchange since its a defect out of the box,

was then rejected because the item is already opened (part of my fault since i never opened it to check on the spot i think?).

I was then redirected to Apple service center to checkup, they say because it's cosmetic defect, not covered by warranty.

Then redirected again to Apple care service Australia, talk a bunch of crap and was redirected back to Apple service center to make a report.

They even said will charge me a service fee at Apple Service center, what type of bullshit is this?

The item is already defect out of the box common lah just give exchange, so much hassle for what I already paid for the item still need wait how many working days for you guys to check this check that? Really bad experience and customer service.

Anyone has encountered this kind of issues before and how to get it fixed the fastest way?

I would like to use reporting tools which requires java (jasper).

Any providers that provide java hosting that's not so expensive, checked a few shared hosting but they said they do not provide java in server.

Would require me to buy cloud or semi-dedi and install them myself...

any recommendations?

Hello,

I'm quite confused here.

Any gurus here can tell me the difference between OBM (Original Brand Manufacturing) and OEM (Original Eqp Manufacturer)?

Are they originals? For example Calvin Klein, how do I get original ones? Do I need to get Calvin Klein company to sign something or get a cert to clarify that it's original?

I'm looking for authentic products on alibaba, hope someone with experience can give me some hint
