Anybody had experience both MPV? how is the fuel comsumption for both? I am curious on the cvt carries by CFE, could it beat alza fuel comsumption?
on the power and space wise, dont bother to mention, sure exora wins.

cost to install downlight

anybody know the cost to install downlight?
2 electrician quoted me RM50-60 per downlight installation (excluding the downlight cost)!!!
weeks back i bought 4'' round downlight at emart which cost RM8 including bulb each.
then i got the quotation to install is ard 50-60 per downlight, this sound unreasonable to me.
but since both electrician quoted the same price, it could be the current market price, is it?
any idea abt the cost of installation?

my master roon 22x17 - need how many 4' downlights?
smaller bedroom 14x11 - need how many 4' downlights?

window to door for balcony

hi all, need advice here, hope somebody can help.
staying skudai.
outside of my master room has a flat base. i tend to smash the master room to have a door, so i can make sure the flat base as balcony.
do i need to apply to majlis perbandaran?

hi all, i saw the new Mitsubishi Lite Turbo 2.5 4x2 pricing ard 66k on paper.
anyone knows fuel consumption of it?
any problem could possibly face?
wats the disadvantages?
how much the maintenance could be?
