sata hdd connection faulty

hi, im having a problem with my sata hdd, im using a external casing to connect it to my pc, i think the hdd is not spoilt, it's the cable connection causing the problem, i think it's loose. bcoz it gets detected halfway then goes off. what can i do the save the data inside . thanks

problem with food court main tenant

hi guys, im running a stall in a foodcourt. this main tenant is actually renting the whole premise from a building. so here is my problem.

the boss has a manager who is only around to collect rentals.
he does not handle any problems faced by tenants.
the boss does not bother to meet tenants even after request.
lie to prospect tenants about condition to fill in vacant stalls.
tenancy agreement only protects the main tenant.

so now during the low season where all 10 stalls could not pay rental(we could but would have to dig out from our own pocket.). they are actually serving us notice to pay up to avoid legal action. what can we do? i know they have the right to do anything since we have sign the agreement. how can i solve this problem? the main tenant owns chain restaurant so would not bother about problems faced by tenants as long as they get their money. again i know that's the biz world is cruel but i also know that something can be done to solve this. i need advice

hi .. i just wanna ask .. if i run a food business, which i can take care of the main part (kitchen operation) properly. is it better if i employ ppl to run the other parts for me? like sales and promotion, business admin. anyone can advice? shareholders are ppl i can trust better to do their work properly. or does it matter whoever does this things? is it really important who does this things? thanks. for me .. i dont really know how to do the admin part.. i could learn .. but it would affect the operation and i dont have much time to do those things.

hi guys, i a problem, i havent been using IE for a while , but recently, some diet websites keep popping up in IE, i've run webroot for spyware and AVG, nothing detected, how can i remove these pop -ups?? i've set the settings to block popups but stil the same.. anyone can help ?? thanx

red color component of monitor not working

hi.. i got a Dell LCD .. the red color component is not working.. in the settings .. only the green and blue color changes when i change the red color .. there's no effect.... is it the monitor or driver problem.. can anyone help me?? thanks
