Setup a branch at Malaysia

I and my partner are planning to get a product (call it “A”) to run in Malaysia market, that product is related to building construction. We feel that this product 'A' have a high potential to run in Malaysia market in term of design and quality.

The origin manufacturer for this product ‘A’ is from US. However, there is a Thailand based Company already marketing product A 5 years ago as a distributor in Thailand market and the business is very good.

Now Thailand Company is starting market this product ‘A’ in Malaysia and the respond is quite positive.

From this point we saw the opportunity. Initial we have planned direct get the agent agreement from US manufacturer but thinking of less of capital and experience so we decided talk to Thailand Company to setup a branch in Malaysia and we run the Malaysia market.

We have a discussion with Thailand Company last week and the result is quite good. They agreed with the idea and they require 70% of branch share and we only have 30%.

Any experienced business man here can advice me is this is normal practice to setup a branch with 70%-30%?

They ask for business plan, can anyone here give me a sample as a reference for me to prepare business plan?

Please give me some advice and share your experience with me.

PC always hanging

to day dun know what happen to my PC, everytime start my PC for just a minute will hange. after than i can't do anything except restart.

After restart u only can see black screen. so need to turn off all the power for few minutes than turn on again to login to window.

even i log in to bios also hang. i have suspected is MB problem. anybody here have this experience b4? please advise.

How to check the MB is working or not? please advise.

Work space block to online

My work staition is blocked to surf the net. actually not only my work space is all the staff except 1 we called 'Public Comp' for us to online as what i'm using it now.

The reason my boss blocked our line is because advise by 'expert' said that dun let too much station online to keep the online speed faster. (because we always face difficult to download mail from internet)

However, yesterday my friend bring her own station to office ask me to format it, when i plug the network cable to her station i found that CAN ONLINE!!!

So the conclusion is my network cable still can online only my work station can not. i did change my ip address but still same can not online (not block my ip address). I did change my comp name still same can not online (not block by name. i try log in to our router but change password liao.

Any body here can help me to unblock the line. as i know my company is a small campany do not keep the log. so when boss not in i can unblock my work station to online when he back i block myself again so he don't know what i'm doing lor.....

Error 0x80070002 installing Vista Business

Hello, I am attempting to install Windows Vista Business on a new machine.

The installation program will let me enter the CD key, and get to the disk
partitioning screen. I can partition the hard disk, and Windows starts to
copy files, then I get the following error:

Windows cannot install required files. The file does not exist. Make sure
all files required for installation are available, and restart the
installation. Error code: 0x80070002

When I click the OK button on the error box, it takes me back to the initial
installation screen. When I start the installation over, I can get all the
way to the disk partitioning screen again, but now no disks are recgonized.

Does anybody have any recommendations on how to fix this problem? Thanks

HD problem

My PC have 2 HD 1 is 40G (C:) for system another one is 250G for starage, i separated 250G HD to 3 partition (D:), (F:) and (G:).

Yesterday my PC can't login to window and keep restart, so i worry about all my important information keep in 250G HD will effected, so i try to backup my information by transfer my 250G HD to other computer both computers also using window XP sp2.

When i plug my 250G HD to other computer as slave drive. that computer detacted my drive but didn't show 3 partition (D:), (F:) and (G:).

I go to 'manage' check all the drive, my 250G HD is there but didn't show on 'my computer' and i can't doing the backup for my 250G HD.

As i know if i format my HD the volumn will show on 'my computer'. However i can't do it coz got a lot of important information inside that 250G HD.

all the Sifu here please help

Epson 1290 printing problem

My Epson 1290 printer keep blinking green and red light and not working at all. i have changed my catriage and put in the paper still have same problem.

I also reinstall the driver and clear all the memories. However, the green and red light still keep blinking

USB / Handy Drive problem

i just bought a system installed with Window XP my system is dun have any problem for USD drive or detect any handy drive.

Recently i bought a new 2 GB handy drive but my system can't detect that new apecer handy drive!!

1st i think is my new apecer 2 GB handy drive problem, so i try plug in to other system the result is can detect!! so i try and try different system all can detect only my new system can't detect. WHY???

Can any body give me an answer??

BRONTOK any body heard this virus b4?? initially my system didn't install any anti virus, after i effected by this worm i can't installl any anti virus. when click on any anti virus .exe file it will close itself.

i even can't open the autorun, dos, and folder option to show all hidden file. every time i open those file it will auto close itself. Appreciate any body can help me out, if not i need to format system. i beat by this stupid worm:(

my OS is Window XP all .exe file can not open after i change the the file type
when i going to Tools-----> Folder option -----> File type
i click new and add .exe file
after that all my exe file change and can not open any more
so now all the program in exe file can not open.
how to restore back the file type?

Window can't open any software

my window can't recognize or open any program or software. everytime i click the shortcut at desktop or start menu---> program file for any software like nero, bitcomet, photoshop even anti-virus, window will pop up a box tell me to find out the .exe file, for example if i open imtoo video converter window will came out a box can't find imtoo.exe when i follow the instruction to find out the .exe file in C:\program files\file name.exe than the software can open.

i even can open the msconfig at start ---> run, is it hacked by other people or website?

i found a file named "Hacker.com.cn.exe" at my C:\Window i can't delete it when i open the window. i deleted it when restart the window go into the Dos.

after i delete the file i restart the computer the situation still same.

i used the anti-virus and Ad-ware to scan my HD but didn't detect any virus.

my question is...... is it my system hacked by other ppl or website? (because friend's friend used my pc online when i out station.) appreciate if anybody can help to solve this problem.
