airasia changed my flight time. how?

Hi guys,

Just noticed today that Airasia changed my flight schedule to earlier by 5 hours. The schedule change without inform is giving me headache as I will need to forgo my connecting flight and accomodation issue (due to reach destination at midnight time).

Any of you experience this before? Will they at our request provide refund or change to another day flight?

Just to get experience advice:

Flight from sg from 930pm reach kl at 1030pm.

Once i reach kl will i be able to make it for next flight at 1am from kl to seoul?

Taking in walking distance between platform in klia2 checkout and recheck in again.

1. I was told the application could take up to 3 months. Is it true?

2. Since i am taking over existing operation, can I still continue the business while pending for premise license approval?

Example if its required to get legal party to step in to draft acquisition agreement?

Or come up with terms like guaranteed income for upcoming few months and installment payment if possible.
